TERMS OF SERVICE
By buying commissions at us, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), which govern the agreement between yourself (“the client”) and us (“Mitten Studio”). Please read the following Terms carefully and please contact us for any questions.Communication: All communication related to commissions must be made through Discord DM, or Twitter DM. Please refrain from sending commission-related messages through more than one platform.
Credit: We require linked credit to be in an easily accessible place. Twitter bio, your streaming channel, and/or a credits page of your site.
Material files: The client is responsible for providing proper reference of the character(s) to be drawn, or elements that would be incorporated into the design.
Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel and refund an order at any time.
Usage: The client must disclose all intentions for usage of the model.
Payment: Payments will be done through PayPal invoices, payment will be done upfront in the case of illustrations. There will be payment plans only for 2D Vtuber models.
Refund: In the case that we must cancel an order, the client will be fully refunded for any unfinished work. In the case a client must cancel an order, refund will be discussed based off how much of the project has not been worked.
Revisions: The client is allowed 2 revisions per stage. A fee may be incurred for any extended revisions.
Publication: We reserve the right to publicly display commissioned artwork in any way I wish. If the client wishes for a commission to be kept private, they must state such when ordering. A 5% privacy fee may apply depending on the terms and conditions discussed.
Reserved slots: the waitlist and reserved slots are only guaranteed after a finished PSD/image has been check and the slot confirmed. Editable files will not be given to the client unless the client requests about it at the beginning.
Chargeback: The client agrees they are of legal age and will not issue a chargeback for the commission in any circumstance.
Commercial rights: The client holds commercial rights to stream, record, and edit the model runtime files after delivery as long as usage is within the mentioned Terms of Service. Redistribution of model files is permitted with notification.
